Starting investment is per project, not per image. This initial package covers still imagery. Cinematic film, social edits, and interactive walkthroughs are scoped separately.

All figures are in U.S. dollars. Final pricing depends on the agreed views, source materials, modeling, and level of detail. Production availability and schedule are confirmed in the proposal.

Initial package questions

Is US$3,500 a price per image?

No. It is the starting investment for a project-specific collection of architectural still images. Your proposal confirms the image count, spaces, and production requirements.

What determines the final investment?

The number of views, source files, modeling requirements, custom details, and agreed finish specifications determine the work. The existing Luxury Visualization planning range is US$3,500–5,000; final pricing follows project review.

Does this initial package include a film?

This starting option is for still imagery. Films, vertical edits, social adaptations, and interactive presentations are scoped separately.

What should I send to get a proposal?

Share the available drawings or model, project location, finish specifications, desired spaces and views, and your preferred target date. We’ll confirm scope and availability before committing to production.

How are revisions and delivery agreed?

Your proposal defines the review rounds, source materials, milestones, and delivery schedule. Additional views or changes to the approved design are reviewed separately.
